"Ms. Lakesa, I will never entrusted this flower shop with anything, I ordered $973.00 worth of flowers for my son funeral on 05/31/2022. The flowers were delivered during the services on a little stand and you couldn’t even see them unless you sitting up front with the casket. My flowers were withered, my casket spread flowers for the family were withered and not done properly, my corsages and boutonnière were withered and all she could tell me that she is new at this. She also stated that she would send me pictures once my order was completed but that didn’t happen either. If you couldn’t handle that large of an order you should have said something and I could have taking my business to someone who knew what they were doing. You ruined my day in my time of grieving and all you could offer me 2-shallow boxes to put some pictures and more flowers in are you kidding me. Also I plugged her business on his obituary I wish I never had of done that as well. Angry and upset mom. I want my money back or some kind of refund because this is so wrong all the way around."
