"Very disappointed! Paid $172.79 for a floral spray for my grandfather’s funeral and it looked sad and cheap! I asked for a red white and blue one like on the website because he was a veteran and asked it to be very vibrant like he was. They used a some carnations and a few very small daisy looking flowers. The whole arrangement was small and looked cheap! Not a single rose or flower of any value. I was very upset. When I called about it they said they would take it to their manager and call back on Monday. I have never heard back and it has been over a month. They are ripping people off and at an emotional time. Shame on them!"
