"Totes were always clean and on the day they were promised. You don’t get a set day like 3rd Monday of the month for example. You get an email or text the day before to remind you to leave your totes by the curb for cleaning the next day. One time the text came the day of and bins were already secured away before leaving the house. They were nice enough to catch us the next week. Before the winter of 2021 bins were cleaned and then a deodorizer was applied. After cleanings picked back up in the spring of 2022 the deodorizing was not being done. While the bins are clean like before the plastic does hold onto smells. The pricing has always included the whole package but for some reason this practice was done away with. Multiple times after receiving the cleaning I checked cameras to see if the process had changed and it had. The last step is to manually apply the deodorizer and for the entire 2022 remainder of the contract this step was skipped. I have no way to verify if they actually sanitize the bin but I can only assume it's not. From what I can see when they come is just a high pressure wash and nothing added to them to sanitize, unless it's added into the wash water. It’s a small but noticed step that is supposed to be included in the pricing. Overall the bins are cleaner and less smelly than before but multiple reasons have left me not renewing for another year. In the end I’ve just used my pressure washer and a biodegradable outdoor safe cleaner and hit them when I do the cars or camper. I’ve also found a nice little product to install on the bin lid to provide a 3 month pleasant smell."
