I was very impressed with their team's ability to quickly and efficiently take care of my home cleaning and repairs. Their general manager, Greg Thomas, was very communicative about the scope of work and was very helpful throughout the whole process. His crew, consisting of Shelby and Cambry, were very friendly, punctual and always gave me advance notice when they were on their way over as well as giving me status updates before leaving every day. While the service was pricey, that is what insurance is for (USAA, also highly recommended) and while there are still a few more projects outstanding, I have been very pleased with their work so far. If you can afford it, or your insurance will cover it, I highly recommend the ServPro team to take the burden off your shoulders after any sort of home disaster you may have experienced."
