"Most likely would be good for a small bug issue but wouldn't and don't recommend them at all for a more serious infestation. They came and treated 4 times then the 5th time they came I was charged an additional fee even tho the problem wasn't taken care of, and still didn't take care of the problem completely. Granted the problem was seriously horrible and they did get rid of a lot of the bugs, but I will be having to call another pest control company to finish the job that I paid Ray's over 400$ to do. I've always used another company but used Ray's on referral from someone. The employees were all really wonderful, kind, respectful and professional people though and I would have given 5 stars if it were based on that. The efficiency of product they use/used is the issue I have, not the company. I appreciate their time and effort a lot and they did help somewhat with the massive problem the property has though! If it had been a slight issue they would have been a 5 star company I'm sure."

"Initially I was pleased (people are all very nice). After the mouse problem was under control we set up a maintenance plan for every 3 months. The date came & went so I decided to call them. Over a couple of weeks two calls weren't returned & this morning I left a 3rd message. Though it's only been a few hours, I saw an adorably plump mouse sitting in a doorway, taking in the sights. Perhaps they just didn't want to service our home anymore, but a return call to tell us that would have put us in a position to go elsewhere before we had a problem again."
