"I had a great time with my todder and swim lessons. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, the pool and surrounds were very clean. You just have to find an open class on their parent portal on the website, sign up, and they email you everything you need to know for your first visit."
"I inquired via email about adult swim lessons since there wasn't a phone number provided like every other normal business. A representative took days to respond and when she finally did she gave an uncertain answer with reference to their customer portal. Once I created an account there was only information about children sessions and none at all about adult classes. I even took a trip to the facility in hopes of speaking with someone in person. There was no receptionist and after roaming the premise to find someone to talk to, a swim instructor had no information other than their Facebook page and website that I previously visited. I was really hoping to register, as the website mentioned lessons in warm water which would've been ideal for my kness. Will take my money elsewhere."
