"A big white man was yelling at my kids and I over a parking space. When i notified front desk she said to call the police or I’ll walk you back out. Man followed me inside. When I told front desk they said he’s with his kid. He came and left without a kid. When I called my husband to come because i Felt unsafe the staff blamed my husband for yelling at the man that yelled at ME!!! Staff didn’t do anything to protect my children and I. I was very disappointed. Man followed me to front desk still yelling at me. Staff didn’t know what to do. This is ridiculous and I will not be returning here. I’m not sure if it was a race thing since I was the only one that wasn’t white. Spoke to manager she was very defensive and kept cutting me off. Be aware when going to a place like this. So sad that this place did nothing to protect my kids and I. Shame on them"
