"They cared for my Bailey for 10 years of her life. Dr K and the staff were always kind and took the time with me to make sure I was always informed and comfortable with any decisions. They treated Bailey like she was one of their own. I was lucky to have Bailey in my life for 13-1/2 years. I was also lucky to have found this vet clinic when I moved to Ballwin. Wonderful people and I highly recommend."
"I love Dr. Knopf and his staff! They are so thorough and spend time explaining options (and prices!) for treatments super thoroughly. Appointments are normally very easy to get, and they recently squeezed in my dog after she ruptured a cyst 6 hours before we left for vacation. Over the past couple of years, our cats started suffering from cancer and heart failure, and when it was their time to go, Dr. Knopf was incredibly empathetic. The whole process, while rough emotionally, felt like our kitties were treated with great tenderness. I trust them and their care 100%."
"Don’t waste your time. They sent me to another provider for regular vaccines because they were too “busy”. Resulting in higher costs for me because i had to establish my dog at the quick shot place. Then after a visit for my dog, I booked a dental cleaning. I paid a $100 deposit and was told I would lose it if I was a no show. I booked the appointment, waited a month and the night before got a call asking if I had gotten the voicemail that they gave my appointment away. The message went to spam because it registered as “healthcare” in my phone. They gave my appointment to someone else. Then they said I could bring him in and they could squeeze him in if they had time. I dropped him off early and then I got a call at 2pm that day. I was told they didn’t have time for him and to pick him up. Seriously who does business like this? Send an email. A text. Or tell the customer when they book it they they have to confirm the day before. I was ready to bring him in! Life happens, I’ve got children and a life. Not to mention a voicemail from them that went to spam! Terrible business model. We are a military family and picked this vet based on location. Steer clear. Poor communicators and business model."
"I have been going here for many years with various dogs when Dr. Irwin owned the clinic. Now Dr. Knopf owns the practice. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet. I recently had the dogs teeth cleaned and a cherry eye surgery. He did an excellent job with both of my boys. I couldn’t believe how white my dogs teeth looked. The best ever And no more stinky breath. Paco’s eye looked great with very Little swelling. I also had to put my sweet Willow to sleep here during the covid crisis. The staff was very caring. Michael, Joe and Amber are great."
"When my four-year-old cat Sunshine developed painful symptoms of a urinary problem, my first thought was how to get her to our vet in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic. I was assured in a phone conversation with a tech that the Clinic staff is practicing safe guidelines, including masks, gloves, and curbside pickup of pets. A caring friend drove us both to the office, where a quick cellphone call brought a staff member out to collect the cat in her carrier. After the exam, Dr. Knopf reported by cellphone that Sunshine had an infection and inflammation in her bladder. Medication, a receipt, and Sunshine were brought out to the car, making this one of the simplest vet visits ever!"
