"We implemented Liscio in December 2020, before tax season. We were surprised that we had such a high client acceptance rate. More clients are using Liscio than were using our former portal platform. Clients seem to really like it. We really like the messaging feature (our former portal platform didn't have this feature) that acts like email for clients to attach documents and securely send. It also allows our client communications to be accessible by all team members, not just the person receiving the email.
