"My Great Pyrenees and Husky are always so excited to come here! Not only do they allow the dogs to play while waiting for their turns but their knowledge of the breeds is the best! I’ve always had trouble with different groomers not getting my Husky completely dry but have never had that issue here! Also my Husky she is the sweetest thing but she is very vocal. Most people are standoffish but the groomers here are aware of her normal vs not normal behavior! They aren’t quick to muzzle or cage her because they have familiarized themselves and truly treat her like their own! They always smell so good and look their best when picking them up! Truly is the best grooming experience!"

"I think they did a good job , they got puppy cuts/first time to the groomer on one Maltese puppy and two Shih Tzu puppies . Made second appointment . We came back a month later and got full hair cuts and they did a outstanding job I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer ."

"The worst! They are unfriendly but, more importantly, they don’t give the dogs any bathroom breaks, and since our dog is house trained, she won’t go to the bathroom indoors, so our dog has gotten two UTIs after their trips to Barkingham Palace. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars on vet bills and medications - more than that, our poor girl keeps getting infections after! We asked if she could get an outdoor bathroom break and were told, “All the dogs just go inside and we clean it, no problem!” How gross and unsanitary! No issues with the grooming itself; usually they just revert to shaving the dogs if they have issues which is kind of lazy but it is what it is."
