Be kind....be respectful...I got Indiana and Illinois time messed up and I hated I was late...I wouldn't done that intentionally for anything and I hated that."

"Very dirty place. My dog got fleas and she wouldn't take responsibility. Said the Frontline he was on didn't work. She smokes so dog comes out smelling bad. She cut my dogs dew claw bad, and didn't tell me about it. I had to see the blood when I got home. I'm sure he cried so she had to have known she cut him. He's scared of groomers now. Took me 4 months and lots of money and time to get rid of fleas in house that he brought home from there. Hate to see someone so dishonest and hurtful to dogs."
