"Took my babes here for the first time a few weeks ago. I was super nervous because I had recently found out the groomer I had been taking him to hadn’t been treating him well. I expressed these concerns to Jill and she was kind enough to let me stay with him and she was nothing short of amazing with Ollie. He let her trim his nails in the first time minutes which absolutely blew my mind because normally I have to take him to the vet to have them done. She let him lick her, drool on her, and splash water on her all while talking to him like they were old friends catching up. She’s kind and funny and loves the animals as if they were her own. We LOVED her and will not be going anywhere else."
