"Schedule for my dog to be fully groomed. Get there and they tell me they can only do his nails. At first I was ok with it. Then realized they told me to bring his shot records so he could be taken care of. But she didn't ask for his papers but I needed to bring them for next visit. I said I have them right here. She said she didn't need them now she only did his nails. So that's why I think I need to cancel. They have no clue what's going on."

"We went there for nail cutting on my 12 year old dog someone should tell when a dog has Four Paws I asked him to be sure the dew claws were done which they didn't do and they didn't do all four feet they chose which nails to cut poor job dirty very disappointed I didn't say anything to the staff because they were way too busy to listen"
