"Over Charged. Let me explain. Today I picked up a reptile starter kit that's discounted to 49.99. Originally 99.99. IL sales tax is 10.25%. My purchase has me paying $10.25 in taxes. It should be $5.12. I was told by Sue (manager) to contact Customer service she couldn't help. Then Customer service told me that I only can get help from the store. I'm not sure if anyone sees this as a issue but that's more than a gallon of gas. Anyone can use that! I wonder how many people have been hit with this and how do I get my money back???"

"Most of the people here are friendly. But over the months, the care for the fish have gone downhill the saltwater tanks you can barely even see the fish because they don’t clean the glass. The freshwater tanks always have dead fish. But how are you supposed to buy fish when you can’t even see them? It is not that hard to get a scraper and spend five minutes scraping the glass."
