"COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. Set up initial visit to establish service.. provider was no-call, no-show. Contacted provider who said I should have received texts saying I would have to reschedule because they haven't enough staff to meet their commitments. Unfortunately they didn't have their act together enough to have the correct phone number so i got no texts. Was promised a call back to reschedule. Didnt get it. Days later, an apology for being too busy to call back when promised. How many days is okay to blow off a commitment to totally dependent pets and just say oops? I am deploying in 3 weeks and don't want to come home to dead cats. I will find someone else and so should anyone reading this."
