"This man is very unprofessional. Let me just start from the beginning, he wasn’t trying to help us to get the full amount we should be receiving, until I start asking questions then he finally put in what should have been from start. He makes up excuses to ignore you, “that he had an emergency” “I’m on the phone” “im not in the office”, sure things come up but I have been trying to contact this man about my status since 1pm yesterday, the irs website says to contact my tax preparer, he said oh call me back when I get in the office at 4, oh okay, that’s fine, but my husband called him back and he asked for his first and last name then says he is going to call back in 10 minutes, that’s where the excuses began, he will withhold information no matter how many times you call or text. I guess I’ll have to show up in person to figure out what’s going on. I should have just went to H&R Block and got my moneys worth. Do NOT go here unless you want to have a huge chunk of money missing and not know what’s going on with it. No communication skills at all. He is just there to take your money. He doesn’t care what happens after. He will leave you on read even to show you that he seen your message. If I could rate him 0 stars I would have."
