"TERRIBLE! My wife and I have used this business for many years for tax needs. They were great when it was owned by the previous owner, under the old name Piscione & Associates. The new owner does not care about his clients or their satisfaction with his service. Their "guidance and expertise" ended up with us owning the IRS money, interest and penalties. When we spoke to the preparer of our taxes about taking care of the fees due to their misguidance, she claimed she would take care of them. After getting the owner involved, their solution was to create a nonsense charge of "audit preparation and consulting" that was NEVER discussed in order to wash away the fees they were to refund us for. When we called him out on his obvious tactics of getting himself out of paying us back, he claimed it was not a way to get out of paying us back, but rather that he was 4 months behind on sending out invoices. Keep in mind, this is an ACCOUNTING FIRM. Who wants to do business with an accounting firm that doesn't know how to keep up on their accounting? I could go on and on, but I won't. I would stay away from this company as they do not care about keeping a client of over 10 years happy. They are rude and very unprofessional. The owner didn't even know what fiduciary meant. Nor is he a CPA. Look elsewhere!"
