"I am sure the tax professionals are good at their job, but I have to give 1 star rating due to the office not finding my tax documents after I dropped off last week. Nobody in the office could remember who I was and there were no cameras inside to confirm. I have been a customer for almost 30 years, this was my first experience with Hobart office."

"My husband and I have been filing our tax returns at this location for the past 6 years now. We always have a great experience and get in and out of the office very quickly since our information is always saved from the year prior. All the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have never made an appointment, we have always just walked in during the evening after we get off work and have never had to wait more than few minutes to be taken care of. If you do have to wait, there is a snack table in the waiting area with a variety of snacks and beverages to choose from. There is also a kids play area with a TV playing cartoons and a couple of small tables and chairs for the kids to play and color while you get your taxes prepared. Overall, great place. I highly reccomend and I will continue to come here and file my taxes as long as they are around."
