Unfortunately, H&R was completely unhelpful with this as well, repeatedly insisting that I contact Fidelity to get tax information that they don't keep. Ultimately, I had to file an extension, repeatedly correct mistakes that H&R made, and pay $500 for the ordeal. Just use tax software. If your taxes are too complicated for the software, find a real professional, not H&R Block."
