"Tyler came to my home in Bedford to look at the damage, told me they could fix the problems. Seemed like a very nice young man and I tought HONEST. He told me he was going back to the office to work up an estimate. It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I have called and left messages, because they NEVER answer their phones, and sent e-mails but not a response to any of them. I wanted to stay local or close to Bedford and not have to deal with a big company. I don't know how anyone can stay in business by not answering phones or returning messages. I was even kind enough to give him a bunch of scrap metal that I needed to get rid of. One star for showing up for the for the appt. to take a look. :("

"Our basement wall had a horizontal crack and gap as it bowed in. Water in the basement had to be shopvac'd after every rain, and constantly dumping the dehumidifier. I always get 3 quotes no matter the job. Robert's was the best deal I found. His quote had everything I wanted, so I scheduled with them. When I asked if we could tie in my downspouts to the new drainage perimeter around the foundation? (My fault)(after thought). It was no problem. I'm lucky enough to have a job that I can stop in from time to time and check out the process. Seeing the Crack in the wall just disappear was amazing. "After 25 years with no problems....my nice limestone ranch with a walkout developed serious leaking through the foundation and block wall. Gallons of water!!! Roberts came out immediately (I liked their reviews!) to provide an fair estimate and scheduled a date for the waterproofing repair which they met on the button! They have a very impressive waterproofing system which he took the time to clearly explain to this middle aged gal. Contributing to the water problem was a driveway crack and they were incredibly flexible agreeing to manage that concern outside of the purpose I had requested their services. Also at a reasonable price. In addition, they arrived an hour early on start day and found me struggling with barrels of decorative landscape limestone as I prepared for their arrival. They happily helped me out (I’m talking maybe a hundred landscape stones!) and when the job was complete they put them back more beautifully than I had them originally!! These guys were great! Best of all...NO MORE WATER! If that is not enough, I learned this is a local family business and the brothers were taught as kids how to work hard and with a high degree of professionalism by their hard working father! I highly recommend Roberts who provide a full guarantee on their work!"

"Robert's crawlspace repaired my main support beam and replaced and rerouted the drainage for two sump pumps. Everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. No damage to my yard during the repairs. My floors are now even. No damage was caused while lifting the house. They were also quick to reply by phone when I had questions. They also went above and beyond for me. While mixing concrete, we realized my outside water faucet had busted. The guys went straight to the store and replaced it for me, as a courtesy! They did not have to do that. We felt really taken care of by Robert's crawlspace. I recommend them to anyone that is in need of crawlspace repairs or concerns."
