"I’ve been filing with John for a few years, and i contacted him at the end of this year to ask a question about a friend about the holiday loan and in the mist tell him I didn’t know if I wanted to do the loan or not, not about me filing with him , and he basically told me because I didn’t know if I was sure before that he’s not filing my taxes anymore and to go to someone else because he takes things very serious! That was terrible customer service for him to push me away like that and I have been a Consistent customer for the past few years! That’s my decision if I want to take out a loan or not. Great person in the beginning! Terrible person In the end and i never would have thought."
