"After research and review several facilities, we decided use PUPS Pet Club, the Streeterville location. We checked in our 3 months old Poochon at the facility for a week of boarding and training. After a week, manic happened! Simba (the puppy) was fully trained, happier, and would follow directions. Consequently, we signed long term contract for daily sitting. The staff is awesome, the environment is well kept, Veronica ( Simba’s trainer) is AWESOME and Milly (the manager) is an amazingly professional and considerate individual.
