"This guy is horrible. Had my stuff for two years did nothing after repeated calls. All excuses and always a new promise to be broken. I feel so awful giving this guy one star. But there is no option to give 0 stars. I would not want any potential customer to believe he has risen to the level of 1 star. He has not. This guy has earned a 0. Mark Phenecie, congrats on your accomplishment, I have gone my first 55 years of life without doing an online complaint. You are my first …. I even had to sign up for a Google account and everything! For the rest of my life Phenecie will be synonymous with the lowest level of customer service. It will become a new verb…. To get “Phenecied”, The four star rating you gave yourself should keep you hovering above 2 for awhile. Follow Up Note: Found a reputable and reliable furniture restoration who picked up the hutch that phenecie dumped on my porch and they got it done in 10 days, so they had it 642 days less than phenecie and also finished the work!! Thank god there are still people who take pride in customer service in this world!"

"I wish I could give a 0. He had my grandfather's chair for 6 months,every call I got the run around. My husband finally went to the shop, the chair had not been touched. 2 weeks later the chair was "finished". Everything I did NOT want done was! Everything I wanted done WASN'T!! Horrible new cushions, no refinishing done, antique springs stripped off, tag on bottom of chair GONE, which took value away. $625.00 was paid for this. I will never have him do anything again."
