I was impressed with their attention to detail—they made every effort to limit the demolition that was needed and to clean up thoroughly afterwards. They are professional, reliable, and treat the customer with respect. Great work, reasonable prices. I hope I don’t need to call a restoration company again, but if I do, it will absolutely be Indiana Restoration."

"I contacted Indiana Restoration on Monday and two days later they were able to come out and do a duct cleaning. Zac was very responsive. Ricky and Antonio were the ones that came for the job. Upon arrival, Ricky automatically noticed that my return vent wasn’t connected to our furnace. He was able to go to Lowe’s and come back with the materials needed to connect my return vent to the furnace! I am not sure how any inspectors or three other HVAC companies didn’t realize this. Highly recommend!"

I was fortunate to have Eric as the technician, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the situation. He tested each of the problem areas and explained what was going on. It turns out I am not needing remediation at all and I am so thankful to have this peace of mind. "Tried to hire for sewage issues. I am immunocompromised and the sewage and/or bacteria in the air exacerbate my conditions. At first I was told the person on call was out eating with his family. No harm in that. The person told me it would be 45 minutes before the on call person could get to me. They called back a few minutes later and said that the person on call couldn't come today because he had to take his family back from Anderson to Dunkirk and it would be midnight before he got to me. (It is 48 minutes to Dunkirk from Anderson. At worst it would be 10:30.) I said fine, I'll be here and was told he wasn't going to come. So much for responsiveness. Apparently on-call is optional in a job that you are on-call for. Nice work if you can get it, I suppose."
