"Please see comments below the first paragraph-a bit of a change and worth reading for future reference anyone considering using them. I originally had an issue and the management team responded swiftly and corrected my concern. I was most appreciative of their professionalism and responsiveness. If given the choice, I would work with them in the future. I want to modify this review. My builder was scheduling quotes for a potential issue with a pressure tank. Unbeknownst to me CJ want to charge me just to develop a quote. Then, one of their CS (Cindy)people sent me a threatening email indicating they have been trying to get ahold of me which is categorically not true as I’m always available through direct contact or through the builder. She goes on indicating they were going to turn it over to collections!!! There is no verbal or written authorization indicating any fee to put together a quote from them to me.Management has to get control of their organization and processes so as not to surprise a potential customer and threats like this are senseless."

"Kody and George came out and diagnosed my problem swiftly and accurately. Then they were there the next morning and installed a completely new system as well as their cleanout procedure and a water analysis in record time. They are a great team working for a great company. Thanks again guys."

"These are now my guys... I have had them out twice, for 2 different issues. Each guy that has come out has been outstanding... professional and knowledgeable. They treated me with the utmost respect and although there were quite a few curve balls thrown out at them, for what seemed like a simple well repair, they kept me informed throughout the process and kept the bill down as much as possible while ensuring everything was properly addressed for the long haul. They showed integrity and wisdom, not taking advantage (like I have experienced with a few other well/water works companies that have serviced or given an estimate for my home, saving me thousands compared to other quotes). They didn't leave the job until completion and didn't even take a lunch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have to give a shout out to the people that answer phones, too. Great customer service and so down to earth. Thank you."

"C&J Well Co is going to be my go to well service provider. They have been incredibly informative even over simple phone calls. After months of back and forth with other plumbing companies who wanted me to pay thousands for water filtration and treatment systems, C&J Well Co sent out a technician to do a free water analysis. He was able to identify the age of our softener (which no one was able to do previously) and that it was running on eco mode instead of the mode needed for well. This was not something on the normal display panel, yet he was confident that if we recharged the softener and use resin cleaner, our metallic taste and smell would go away. After weeks of use, I can say that fixed our problem. If you have well water concerns or issues, call C&J Well Co. You won't regret it!"

He diagnosed our problem quickly and got us back running again quickly. He was professional and kept in touch with us as he was headed this way. After he left we had another problem that he rapidly solved with a text. We are so glad that we found this Company and had this technician who was really fantastic! Totally recommend him."
