"Beware. Do not give cash for any parts. Do not accept this company's garbage that their fee for not providing service is nonrefundable. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR FAILING TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE. Company does not appear to be local. Seems to route offshore to a call center who dispatch local "technicians". Company rep tried to tell me that the fee was nonrefundable after failed service visit from one of their contractors that could not figure out how to change a door lock mechanism on a Maytag. Called credit card company and filed a dispute. Credit cards always protect you. Never use cash for this stuff. Technician experience will be based on contractor."

"I called and the man showed up as promised for first call. Said he'd be back on a Thursday with the proper parts. He didn't show up, so I called again. They said he'd be there the next day (Friday) between 12 and 4. He didn't show up. I called again on Saturday. They said they were going to check and call me right back. No one ever responded. I felt like I had to drive the ship the entire time and it got me nowhere. I *hate* leaving a negative review, as I know it can be hard for small businesses. But this just didn't meet expectations."

"We had an issue with our washing machine. Maytag was not able to send a technician for approximately 10 days. Zionsville Appliance Repair was able to send someone out the next day. Chris was responsive and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and his price was fair."

"WARNING: This NOT a local Zionsville appliance repair business. The listing in deceiving. As other one-star reviews have stated below, this is a call center that dispatches independent contractors to jobs close to them. They require you to hold your appointment with credit card information (CVV and all). I received a call from an 877 number (NOT the local Zionsville number) three hours before my scheduled appointment telling me they had to cancel as a "tech was no longer available." They did not offer an alternative appointment until the following week. The only way for me to verify their legitimacy at that point was to keep the appointment, which I was not willing to do considering I had an urgent repair need. Take aways: 1. Don't be fooled into thinking you are supporting a local business. You are not. 2. They are not reliable. 3. They do not follow digital security best practices. Don't be dumb like me. Do NOT provide your credit card information."

"Be very leery using this company! I thought it would be reputable being in Zionsville, but they outsourced my service on my washer and the company that came is a scam! They came out, charged a $50 service fee that was supposed to be applied to any repairs, and then we wrote another $150 check towards a "repair" that wasn't even fixed. When we tried calling the company back MULTIPLE times to get them to come back and fix it, then my bank account was charged, and we tried calling all the phone numbers we had tried to tie to this business, no one would call us back! I don't know that I can pin blame directly on "Zionsville Appliance Repair" or if it's solely "Relatives Appliance Repair" which is the company that we believe came to our house. If you are in the Boone County area, I've later found out that Dave's Appliance Repair in Lebanon is a very reputable company. Better luck to you!!"
