"Have used them before and the work was good. Bought an AC unit with them several years ago, and called recently to get it serviced since it was not cooling. Had to call and keep bugging to get a response. When I did get my call returned a couple days later, I was told they no longer service these units. I wish they would service what they sold me. I also would have appreciated a quicker response to my call so I could have found someone else to fix my AC sooner (we had hot days)."

The lady at the Office said Mark is busy, but a phone call only takes a few minutes and means a lot with customer service. I hope he's not so busy he can't find time to go to the restroom. They will get no more recommendations from me. Guess they don't need another customer."
