"We took my daughters switch here after she dropped it. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and explained the process. It did take longer than I had expected but different parts were on backorder, which they can't help. Not only did they do a few different rounds of diagnostics to try and see what the issue was, but they also ordered different parts that could possibly fix the issue. They didn't even charge for the parts they ordered since it didn't correct the problem! Unfortunately, the switch wasn't able to be saved but it def wasn't for lack of trying. I will def be back and would highly recommend them!"
