"Servicing our Lennox/Amana system under their VIP maintenance program for many years allowed us to get 22 years of operation from our furnace! When it came time to replace our system, we wanted to stay with Four Winds so we got quotes on their Carrier lines. Tony "Sparkles" was our Sales Rep and he arrived with our Service Tech Taso "Taco". Impressive strategy! We decided on the Carrier Infinity series and Tony worked hard to give us very competitive quotes, obviously appreciating our loyalty and working with the owner to deepen the discounts so we had the lowest bid. Four Winds has "Custom" in their name as they can integrate our new system with our old duct work. Garrett and Chris were the installers and it was a work of art! Four Winds can service any brand, and we are pleased with our new Carrier Infinity HVAC!"

"Our furnace quit working in the early hours of Sunday morning during the extremely cold temperatures. Tony came out to our place and was very kind and caring in our situation. Unfortunately, due to the age of our furnace, he did not have the part we needed. He ordered it and offered us an additional space heater. He was back with the part Monday morning. He was professional, he was careful to not track in snow or dirt and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and efficient and we are very grateful for his care.
