"We had 2 leaks on our motorhome engine. Neither part was in stock when we arrived, but Bradley got both parts ordered quickly and we only had to stay overnight one night! The service was quick and efficient. Bradley was our advisor and he handled everything for us very professionally and was super helpful explaining things and kept us updated on status. I would definitely go here again and highly recommend!"

"Julie is the office manager there. I wanted to apply for the office administrator position which would make me under her, but she single handed put a horrible look on the company for me when she started to talk over me while I was being very professional and she followed that by being blatantly rude. I explained how their website for applications was not working and she told me that’s not how I applied for it and I can’t go through the website when she specifically told me to go to said website since I wanted to go through the company itself instead. The over all interactions that lasted about 5 minutes made me not want to work there for one. I would never come here for any service now that I know who I would be speaking with. If she can’t speak to a potential candidate for their position then why would I ever come here as a customer. She didn’t even tell me she was the manger, but in fact told me the manager was out for a few weeks when I asked to speak to the manager. Very unprofessional."

"I want to start with the fact that we appreciated that Devon was able to give us an appointment for the next day for our RV generator which won’t start while most other places we called were busy for at least 1-2 weeks. However, after leaving our RV to the shop for the entire day (& almost $400 later), we got it back with no resolution- basically in the same condition that we brought it in. For a Cummins specialized service center, I expected the techs to be more savvy and be able to get to the root of the problem quicker and resolve it. I basically paid $400 for replacing a $5 spark plug and that was very disappointing."

"We had diagnosis on our generator in our motorhome and replaced 2 fuse which was 4 dollars . Total cost over 423 dollars including hazmat material. We felt ripped off it shouldn't take a trained mechanic that many hours to figure out what the problem was."
