"I was told he could look at my car on Thursday night, and to bring it in.. I paid to have my car towed that day and in 2 weeks he never looked at it. He was also asked twice to change my oil, which he didn't do.He told me that I could drive my car home but that I needed a new engine. Come to find out, I had no oil or coolant in my car and the problem is the water pump. I'm so angry that I paid to have it towed for him to do nothing but put me in jeopardy to drive it home unsafe, and shut me down by saying that I needed a $7000 repair that wasn't true."

"I dropped of my vehicle on Monday morning for exhaust work(because Thursday when I stopped in he checked his calendar and said to bring it then, that's when he could work on it). They kept it for 5 days without touching it. I took it Friday afternoon untouched. Worst part is they made no effort to stay in contact to let me know what was going on and when I finally started calling them on Thursday the owner acted like I was being a pain in the neck. I will gladly take it elsewhere even if I have to pay more."
"AKA: Discount Muffler & Brake on sign, but locals call it "Fullmer's." Had work done several times, timely, reasonable costs, gave me free assessment with written estimate. The can do custom bending for muffler s and welds for pipe repairs. Most places cannot. Had 3 places recommend Fullmer's independently, which is how I discovered them. NOT your fancy garage with ammenities, but honest affordable work done right. I will be back! Update 11/2018: I am very pleased with every interaction here. They are so helpful and great at diagnosis and repair. Always busy, but always has time to provide great customer service and give written estimates. No double-talk, just honest approachable guys who love what they do and do a great job. Thanks for helping evaluate my new used car choices with honest independent eyes."
