"I hired this company and was extremely disappointed. They messed up on the job they did and then promised to come fix all the damage they caused and they never came when they promised and then stopped replying to me completely. I would highly recommend staying far away from this company."

"My daughter hired this company to repair a leak around a chimney on a flip house. They (Turner & Sons) took the chimney out to just below roof level. My daughter contacted me after re-mudding and repainting the same wall 13 times from a leak. I drove the 4 hours from my home to see if I could find out why the wall was still getting wet. Using a water hose, we discovered that water was pouring in where the chimney was removed. We made a video and showed it to Mr. Turner (owner) He came and looked and said the person he sent did not boot around a furnace vent that had been installed through the old chimney. He also felt it was leaking around a hot water vent approximately 4 foot and 45° downhill from the old chimney location. He assured us he would repair the roof leak(s) and the wall. He failed to follow through on that promise and refused to acknowledge attempted contacts to resolve. My daughter had showings scheduled for after their promise date to fix. She has had to show the house multiple times with a damaged wall and as of this review she is now repairing the wall for the 14th time due to promises not kept."
