"We had work done in 2022, in March of 2023 they had to come out and fix the floor where they had pushed the sheathing up and through the carpet in our living room. When they came out to do the fix of the sheathing, they said it was because our crawlspace isn't encapsulates, and tried to sell us on a $14,000-16,000 encapsulation so it doesn't happen again. It took multiple phone calls, and visits for them to fix the issue that was caused by their crew during the initial install. We had a service appointment on December 26, 2023, and the guy who came out Keith Terrell who did laser measurements of the crawlspace, told us he needed to do adjustments but he couldn't do it alone and would need to come back out with someone to help. He called the office in front of me to schedule it and was told that they didn't have the guys schedule as he was out of the office, but when he came back they could schedule the service to adjust. Before he left though again they tried to sell me the encapsulation. I have called multiple times, spoke with a person who had someone call me one time and when I called back he didn't answer. It's almost two months since the initial service date in December 2023, they e tried to sell me more services and haven't done what they initially came out to do in December. My calls go unanswered, it's a second job for me to follow up with them constantly and hope that someone calls me back. Each service call they've done, it's been a fight for months to have them do the adjustments in the crawlspace, and they only want to sell me additional services. Here's the deal, why would I spend another 16 thousand with a company that I've had a horrible experience with so far, and had to fight to do what they should do? I called again this morning, I doubt I will hear anything from anyone though."

"We contacted a local construction company asking general questions about an issue with sagging floors and they referred us to Indiana Foundation, saying they were the best in the area for our issue. The initial consultation setup was extremely simple - we could schedule it online and when a conflict came up, we were able to reschedule it easily to the following week. The day of consultation, the representative Katie, was extremely thorough and informative. We appreciated her straightforward explanation of what was going on with our crawlspace (we had a serious water situation going on that needed to be remedied via encapsulation) and then they could assess the foundation problems. We knew that the project was necessary, but pricey - thankfully they have financial options available. We were scheduled almost a month out from the initial consultation, but then had a call of an opening almost a week later. The jobsite foreman Donovan and his crew were extremely professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They completed the entire encapsulation and sump pump installation in about 3 days, then were able to see the foundation issues were not nearly as bad as it could have been, so that part of the project was started and completed the very next day. All things considered, with this being an unexpected and major project necessary for the stability of the house, I cannot recommend a better company to work with. The communication from Katie during the project the entire time was absolutely top notch - we always knew what was going on and could always reach out if we had questions. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, resulting in a high quality completed project."
