"Had a new electrical panel and 200A service and other odds and end done when I moved in to this house. At the time I thought they did OK work, even though they broke a sink drain during the electrical work and the tech told me I was wasting my money having them properly vent my bathroom. A couple years later, a storm came through and I learned that they installed my new meter base with a few wood screws rather than properly securing it with lag bolts, so the meter base ripped right off the side of my house along with a good amount of my siding. Cost me almost as much as the original job to have emergency after-hours electrical repair done. But the difference in quality of the original work vs the repaired work is night and day. If only I'd known what to look for when ES did the work."
