"I made my appointment online. I showed up at my designated time and dropped off my cell phone for a battery replacement. I dropped off at 9:30 and was told it would be ready by noon. I showed up at 11:45 and it was ready to go and now, I don't have to have my phone plugged in constantly just to use it. Sales technician was knowledgeable and friendly and by making the appointment online, I even save $10. Awesome experience."
