"We waited a week for a repair that was supposed to take 45 min per vzw / assurion. We got to the repair center and tech automatically says he thinks phone got wet but it never had which he couldn't prove. Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. Poor service. Poor attitude. Do not use this repair shop if you have an alternative choice."

"Today Was a very trying day for me when it comes to losing information do to a screen malfunction. After purchasing a new phone all the data that I had stored in the phone the Carrier who provided the phone was unable to transfer information over. To say the least I was a little out of sorts due to not being able to have my information. So I went to Best Buy Thinking they were the answer. They were very nice but they were unable to help me. "I was absolutely swamped with work and totally forgot Jasper was coming to fix my phone. He called and left a message, and the company called and followed up, but I was not able to take either call and was oblivious. He still came to fix my phone and was very polite. It took him maybe 15 minutes and my phone is working perfectly. I love my phone and I'm so use to its features that I did not want to have to learn a new phone and new features.
