"I called today to have a laptop looked at and was told to bring it in. I used Google to provide the address and drove in. No sign on the building and a locked door. I called and was informed that they had moved. I asked where and he told me to use Google to navigate to the new address that’s on their website - not Google. I did and found the building, parked in the lot facing the street with no visible sign as to where in the building (with many entrances) and if they were even in this building. I looked back on their website and it said that they moved with the new address, but no suite number. I got out and walked around the building and saw a small sign above a side door. I walked up and found them. Someone came out and greeted me and I suggested that if there’s a known problem with Google and their recent move, they should tell people on the phone. He got indignant and said it’s on their website and that Google is the problem. Not sure why he got so upset. I then pointed out that the banner at the top of their website has the building address, but no suite number and upon arrival, no obvious sign. He got very upset and told me that he didn’t need me to tell him how to run his business. I took my laptop and left while he followed me shouting obscenities. Deeply disturbing. Stay away from this business!"
