"I used this company to have one my company vehicles towed to a dealership down the road. We quite frequently require our fleet of F-150s to be towed to Ford for repairs. We contacted them through our fleet provider to have this vehicle transported. When the driver arrived, he was quite abrasive and unprofessional. It became apparent that the vehicle would have to be towed from the front and additional equipment would need to be used. I have no issues with the additional costs; however, each tow charge is billed directly to my fleet provider. I let the driver know this and asked him to contact his company to discuss further billing with my fleet provider. This is a common occurrence and is solved by contacting my lease provider to have the contract updated - something the tow company often performs. He refused to do so. He was very unprofessional and quite rude throughout the whole process. I told the driver to leave it the vehicle and we would contact someone else. I contacted my fleet company and they have removed them from service. I do not suggest contracting this company to perform your tow."

"I was looking around trying to find someone to assist me with moving my vehicle but what I ran across from some towing companies was most of them did not have any drivers. I called Brownsburg towing and spoken with a Blake and when I tell you he was so accommodating, he was! He made sure my towing needs were met. He went over and beyond to assist me and I really appreciate this because it’s hard to get dedication and great customer service now a days. "I broke-down out of town. The company was called through my insurance. I called the repair shop the next morning and they said it never arrived. I called the towing company, they didn’t know what I was talking about and said no male drivers were scheduled. I had a photo of the truck towing my van and they back tracked and said they would call that driver. They never returned my call, and we finally discovered it had been towed it to a random lot which we found only by driving around town aimlessly looking. The vehicle was left unlocked. The towing company said they left the keys under the mat. They were not there. After asking around we found the keys were dropped off in a box to an unrelated realtor’s office nearby. The other business on the other side of the lot said the driver came in asking for directions to the repair shop I had specified, and that they gave him the directions. The driver claimed he didn’t ask anyone for directions, but the business had his business card which he left them. The driver refused to admit he had been caught in a lie. The driver said that he went where GPS took him and he did not take any accountability aside from offering to tow it again to the correct location in “a few hours” which would have put my repairs even further behind if my vehicle could be seen at all that day. The company said they could have the driver “call and apologize”, but I declined."
