Ford Service Department

"Service department is below average. Purchased in power boost f150 limited in November of 23 two weeks later check engine light comes on. Took to Estes ford in Brownsburg via appointment I made three days prior. No call from them on progress of my truck. Subsequently, I called them to be told that Truck would have to be there until Monday. They didn’t touch it all day Friday. Don’t take your car or truck for service to the Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg., beware! Two weeks later ford has no part to fix my new truck."

"I called multiple times over the course of a week just to get a service appointment scheduled - once on Tuesday, twice on Thursday. I keep being asked for my name and number because they are too busy at the moment and that "Casey" will call me back. Never heard from "Casey" - must be too busy for my business. Going elsewhere."

"Service writer did the high-pressure sales tactic to try to up-sell things I didn't need, but I was firm on what I wanted and didn't want. I was charged the higher price anyway. When I tried to get it corrected by phone, I first got the run-around, being sent to several different people, none of whom returned my call. I was told they were busy with customers, leading me to wonder what they thought I was..? When I drove there to get my money back, service manager Robert Saunders and customer service Donna became rude and hostile, telling me to leave and that they don't want my business (after 20 years). So much for their sign "if you don't receive 5-star service, let us know." I called corporate. They were suitably appalled and told me they would have the general manager Andy Wernsman call by the end of the day. Can't say I was surprised that he did not call. This is not the first time I've had trouble with the service department, but it will definitely be the last. Check the charges on your bill before you leave or you might have a devil of a time getting your money back --- and worse, you might be treated like dirt. This is the sloppiest, most unprofessional garage I've ever been to. Now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back after they overcharged me. I'll be counting the days."
