"The furnace repairman, Mr Jeff, came in and worked on my furnace. I had several issues that needed addressing. He worked until it began to work properly and efficient. He's a very pleasant and respectful man. I appreciated his prompt arrival and constancy."

"Jeff was called out to replace a bad blower motor which he charged $900 for the repair. Temperatures warmed up. The next time the heat was used the furnace still didn’t work. Jeff replaced the circuit board for $600. The furnace still didn’t work after this repair. He was called again but said he was of the country and would send his less experienced tech. He never showed up. A different company was called and figured out there is still a bad motor in the furnace. The board didn’t need to be replaced. The heat exchanger is bad along with the roll out safety switch. This company is a complete ripoff and unprofessional. Would never recommend them to anyone."
