"They showed up on time to give me a quote on two partial bath remodels. One was pulling the tub and replacing with new tub/tile or tile substitute. The other bath was pulling a corner shower unit, adding a downpour overhead shower fixture and replacing with a walk in shower/tile or tile substitute. Around a $15K - $20K job when all is said and done. Over two weeks later and I still have not received the quote despite being assured by the owner that he was “working on it right now”. We are going on week 3. I am only left to assume that if they are not doing the FULL remodel, then it isn’t worth their time to even give a quote. I am a retired interior trim contractor. I can install my own vanities, tops and toilets. I still needed them to install all faucets and supply lines/valves. Needless to say, I will use another bathroom remodel contractor. Of the people who have come out, Chapman Plumbing was by far the most professional, timely and courteous. I had their quote the next day. Cupp might do exceptional work, but I will never know. If I have this much trouble getting a quote, I can’t imagine the headache trying to get the actual work done."
