The salesman had a New unit that’s never been installed but it was few years old so he told me I still had warranty left and he could get a certificate for my electrical company rebate. So I called and said I needed some paperwork they could not get it the lady at the desk I believe was part owner was very rude. So I advise to make sure that they have all the paperwork that you need for the rebates and tax credit before you purchase a unit that cost $24,000. If I known this I would’ve bought a brand new unit that they would had to order"
