"We were on the second day of vacation. We got a call that Shadow was having issues and probably should go to his doctor. We called the vet and worked it out that they could and would take him. Otherwise one of us was planning to fly back. He had a neurological episode. Nothing could be done for him. He came back out of it and was doing good the rest of the week. We picked Shadow up and unfortunately he had more episodes and passed. Just thankful that they went the extra mile for Shadow."

"These people are fantastic, they care about you, about your animals. They are kind, patient, caring, and they're very gentle with me. I'm neurotic about my kitties, and every single person there always comforts me about my minor complaints (like how I feel like I'm "tutoring" my cat by giving him prescribed ear drops). They are expedient and effective. Your pets and you deserve the best, and DuPont is the best! Shout-out to Justice who was so kind to me when I was freaking out about my rescue kitty.
