"TLDR: great value, service, professionalism, responsiveness, friendly, knowledgable. Cody, Jake and Caleb were a pleasure to work with, I'd use them again. Detailed Review: Blue Fox came to our rescue when the furnace in our new home malfunctioned during the recent freeze with wind chill reaching negative teens. At a time of high stress, having just moved into a new home and with freezing temperatures looming, I reached out to several companies for quotes, including the company we had recently hired to install a new A/C & furnace in our old home. To speak honestly, Blue Fox was a call I made due to a suggestion from our realtor and I only did so to do my “due diligence” as I was fine with the previous companies work on the install for our old home and kind of expected to go with them again. Cody from Blue Fox responded promptly on the same day of my call, demonstrating not only knowledge and expertise but also a friendly and honest demeanor. Having dealt with furnace installations just six months prior, I had a solid understanding of the process and came prepared with questions. Cody patiently addressed all my inquiries and took the time to educate me further when needed. Talking to Cody, as well as the subsequent technicians, Jake and Caleb, felt like consulting with a trustworthy friend who just happens to work in the industry. The transparency, reliability, and genuine concern for our best interests were evident throughout the process. Despite obtaining additional quotes, including one from the company we used just 6-months prior, we went with Blue Fox as they impressed us during the initial visit. They scheduled the service promptly, accommodated additional options I requested, and even provided recommendations for a bypass humidifier and a 5” filter. Unfortunately, our stroke of bad luck continued when our water heater started leaking the same day we scheduled the furnace install with Blue Fox. Cody, once again, provided clear answers and expert guidance on replacing the water heater, offering the option of a tankless water heater, which I ultimately decided to go with. The installation team, led by Jake and assisted by Caleb, maintained the high standard set by Cody. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to communicate during the entire process, even in less-than-ideal working conditions due to the recent subzero temperatures were truly appreciated. Post-installation, the team took the time to educate me on the new system thoroughly. Cody returned a week later for a follow-up, ensuring everything was in order and addressing any lingering questions. Two weeks into using the new system, I can attest to its fantastic performance, and the installation itself is clean and professionally done. Blue Fox not only made the entire process easy, fast, and low stress but also left me with a sense that my money was well-spent. In a world where upselling and lack of pride in work are common, Blue Fox delivered what I considered true value. It's rare to find a company that is consistent in their level of customer service from the initial phone call to the final check-in. As I’ve shared my recent move-in issues and previous HVAC install situation with my friends, family, and co-workers, I’m basically the go-to guy for “do you have a recommendation of who I should call?” when it comes to HVAC issues. My answer is now simply “ just call Blue Fox”, and I don’t expect that to change."
