"I have never left a negative review in my entire life! However, this is necessary. This is a curb side clinic. Thus, you do not get to go inside with your pup nor discuss treatment options with the vet. My dog was taken inside and assessed for literally 15 minutes! The staff returned my dog and claimed that I owed $400. They gave her Cerenia IM to hopefully stop the vomiting. This injection cost $300 and is weight based. They did not ask my permission prior to doing this! Of course, if this was life threatening, absolutely- I love my dog. But she was alert, drinking water, and having regular bladder/bowel movements. She was simply vomiting once per day after eating kibble for the past 3 days. Obviously, I assumed this was viral and would pass with time but wanted to be prudent and have her assessed by a vet. They should have absolutely discussed the management plan with me prior to giving her a $300 injection. Noah’s Brandywine here in town only charges $160 for the same exact dosage based on my dogs current weight. I called after to price match. I realize businesses have to make money. But, this is insane! The office manager did speak with me and took off $100 since they did not consult with me prior to the injection. I appreciate that, and, thus, they get 2 stars. If you like throwing $100 bills out of the window, this is the place for you! If not, run."

"Staff was friendly and took great care of my dog. He was very scared after his teeth extraction and the ladies went over and above making sure he was comfortable."

"I was truly scammed out of $89 for an exam, that I am not even sure actually happened. I made an appointment for my dog who had a growth on her mouth, resembling a tumor. I gave details to the person, making the appointment about what I was trying to have looked at. When I arrived for my appointment, there was a sign, saying to call the number, instead of coming inside. They sent someone out to get my dog and brought me a piece of paperwork. I was asked a couple of questions, and then they took my dog inside. After about five minutes, they brought her back out to me. Saying that they cannot remove or test any tumors, and I will have to be referred out. They collected the exam fee and sent me on my way. I never saw or talked to a vet. And was offered no advice on how to help my pet. After sitting in the car for a moment, stunned that someone called this a service, I went in and asked for a refund. They said they would have to contact the owner, who is apparently a very busy lawyer. Hope this saves someone else’s time and money."

"I have been to this vet many times, because it is so close to my house. They always get me in super fast and everyone is super kind. My only problem before this week was that they don’t allow you to go in with your pet. They take them from your car. They initially said an employee was sick? But this continued for a number of weeks. The reason I won’t be going back is because I took my kitten here last week because she wasn’t recovering like she should after her spay procedure. (Lethargic, drooling, congestion) They took her temperature and looked at her stitches and said she was fine, but would send her pain meds through the online pharmacy. Eight hours later I was at the emergency vet. She had a 105 degree fever and had painful ulcers coating her mouth and needed 4 medications to recover. The pain meds did not arrive from Westwood until 3 days later. I couldn’t imagine what would’ve happened if I didn’t get a second opinion, or waited those three days to treat her pain. I don’t want to blame them for a shipping delay but I would like a vet that is equipped to treat my pets pain in a timely manner. Them saying she is fine, the same day she needed hospitalized with Iv fluids concerned me. Cats are good at hiding pain, and maybe she took a turn for the worst in that short time, but overall I think I will have to look into other options for my pets."

"I took my cat Mia to see Dr Holly because she has a lump on her side and Dr Holly could not find the lump. So she just said that it is a fatty deposit. 2 weeks later because she had diarrhea and was vomiting for a week. Dr Holly looked at her and just gave her medicine. One of her nurses found the lump but Dr. Holly never came back in to check it. A week later my cat still had diarrhea so I took Mia into a different vet and they did X-Rays and blood work. They found out that the lump was that my cat ate a string and it was stuck in her stomach. They told me that she is in pain and that she won't make it much longer. So I am going to have to put my cat to sleep. If Dr. Holly would of found it sooner my cat might of had a chance. If I get another cat I will not bring my cat to this vet . I will take my cat to a real vet that cares about animals. I wouldn't even take a pet rock to see Dr. Holly. All she cares about is the money. Also they over charge people. The staff and the Doctor's don't even care about the animals or the owners. Don't go there!!"
