"This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I came in late for NBA Allstar weekend only to walk into my room to the stench of old rotten fish. There is no one physically at the front desk so you have to constantly call a number that they hardly answer. I asked for a refund because I could not stay there because I'm allergic to shellfish. I was denied the refund for no reason. I had to find another room after midnight during a busy weekend and ended up paying double the price for the other room. It's a shame that I'm being penalized because of THEIR room that was inhabitable. Never again will I patronize this establishment."

"Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately you can only check in until 9pm or so. After that the front desk is empty until the morning so you're kind of on your own. But the rooms are gorgeous with a little kitchen and a nice shower. Would be great for longer term hotel stays. I only stayed 2 night but loved it."

"I was trying to search for a hotel in greenfield area and found this hotel online with good reviews in multiple hotel booking sites as well as google. So, was about to book this, entered all personal details but before hitting submit realized the dates may not workout and left it there and booked some other hotel Later, on the morning of my actual stay, I got 3 emails from Nest stating I booked 3 rooms with the credit card and personal info I provided earlier in the bookings page earlier. Immediately called and explained I didn’t book any rooms but they refused to cancel the rooms saying they cannot do anything as their website is managed by 3rd party. I mentioned I’m going to raise a BBB complaint and post this in google and immediately they agreed to cancel the bookings. NEVER FACED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE, it’s scary they are using the personal details and credit card details without authorizing. Will raise a BBB complaint as well on this"

"I absolutely love this place! I love the wood flooring, it feels so much cleaner to me! You can tell they definitely keep up with the newness of everything! The staff was always so great and helpful!"

"Something to be said about staying at a newly built hotel. Always feels so crisp. Although this one feels as though they’re still working out some of the kinks and details. (I overheard two guests had an experience of their room being double booked and someone walking into their room.) I got lucky in getting a room since it ended up being sold out and no one walked in on me. Lol Overall it’s a nice new hotel. It has full kitchens and specious living areas. The bed is firm and comfortable, although the sheets are a bit rough for my liking. The room was clean, however the hallway smelled strong of someone cooking Indian food two days in a row and there were crumbs or dirt in the hallway. One thing I’ve yet to understand about hotels is when you’re checkout time is 11 am, why does housekeeping knock on your door at 9:30 am? Definitely worth the price to stay here."
