"I cannot recommend this company highly enough! First of all, I saved $1126 per hearing aid (total of $2252) on Resound One-9 hearing aids almost a year ago. I paid a local provider to set them up for me, and returned to her twice more because I still could not hear well. Finally, in desperation, I called HearSource for help. Turns out that their VERY capable technicians can (for free) set up your hearing aids, and even make remote adjustments. Because the right one at this point was barely working at all, Aaron, the technician with whom I worked, had me overnight them on Monday. We talked a couple of times when he finally got them on Wednesday. He informed me of what was wrong and what he would do to make both of them function well for me. Today, Friday, they were delivered back to me and the sound is PERFECT!! I am absolutely thrilled with the service and professionalism I experienced at HearSource.
