"I was quoted 350 for a job that didn’t get more than 20 minutes to do. I was enough dumb to let them come knowing the estimate will cost me 95. To start the estimate was already ridiculous overpriced. When I said no I can’t afford that money, the guy was enough pushing to make me pay for the work without thinking, because he didn’t give me the time to think about it, my fault? Yes, after he did the job I felt stupid for letting him put pressure in my decision. The 2 stars are just for the promptly arriving, as for the job? Will see, but really they should consider their prices for small jobs like the one I had here. Way overpriced, over exaggerated, I really don’t recommend them to do small plumbing jobs. Look elsewhere or try to do it yourself, don’t be dumb as I was."

"I was so happy to see Tom and Tyler on 1/24/24. I had been trying to get another plumber for 11 days to assess and fix my pipes. I had no water or sewer working all that time. They had the water running and the sewer was working within a short time. They said that I needed my sewer pipes replaced there was major problems and they would be back on Friday. On Friday morning a lady from the office called and said Tom and Tyler will be here by 7:40 AM . They arrived with all the materials to do my job. They had took pictures of the problems, which was very helpful for me to understand. They came up later that day and all was fixed and i could use the water and the bathroom. I was so very happy.
