"This man is a horrible human being.. my grandma called him for a leaking drain in her shower he came out last Friday and said it would be $200 for parts $300 for labor he said he had to go get parts and never returned he called and said Menards didn’t have any their shelves were bare. The next day he didn’t show up and said he got “frost bite” he had to go to the hospital, she couldn’t shower at all I had to find a different plumber who got the job done in 2 hours and said parts were $25.00.. we called him multiple times trying to get her money back and he never showed.. this man took $500 from a 70 year old woman and did not care"

"Not a reliable or honest person like his Father. Always finds a reason to leave . Never has parts on his truck if its as simple as tie down bolts for a toilet. Told me he would be back the following day and never returned leaving the job unfinished. Took my payment and ran. I finished the job myself. Dont recommend this guy to anyone."

"This guy has no sense of time and there is a good chance he will not even show up to a scheduled appointment. I normally don’t leave reviews on anything but if I can save just one person from not having to experience what I had to go through with Glen this will be worth it. "One of the worst and most stressful experiences ever. Glenn took his deposit money of $700.00 did approximately two hours of demo work...and took off. Promised to come back to do the actual plumbing work he was hire for...but never called, showed up or returned my calls. If I did happen to get him on the phone it was always the same scenario......he'd blow me off and hour at a time til the day was gone...and still not show up. I had to hire and pay another plumber to do the job...Glenn ripped me off big time.. I believe he never intended to do the job once he had the deposit money...and in retrospect...I think I my have had bigger problems had he actually done the plumbing work...I would have been out the money and from other reviews I've read would probably have gotten poor workmanship. Maybe I dodge a bullet there."

"This is the most horrible company. Do not used them, they rotted out my main it back up in 1 day called 5 times the owner of the company which is Glen doesn't even Have a cell phone to contact his customers back. I finally got ahold of him he told me he can't come out it will be 2 days but i already paid the company the first time. I told him I wanted my money back so I can call a different company he hung up the phone on me. Don't use this company at all there horrible they will take your money and run. He is a drunk and couldn't even talk when I contacted him he was slurring his words and speaking to me like I didn't know what I was talking about."
