"I’ll start by saying the staff in the office who take the calls are great. They are listen well and are quick to send a technician. However, the experience with the technician at my home was terrible. He was extremely rude and condescending right from the start. He spoke to me like he was lecturing an insolent child. He did not listen to my problem and spoke over me whenever I tried to explain. He even said never to call again unless I had a “real problem.” I still have the same issue with my air conditioning. It was not at all worth the money I spent."

"Karen in the office is fantastic. Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and runs dispatch like a well oiled machine. I had a technician at my house within 24 hours of calling for service. Could have been same day if we would have been available at the opening time. She worked with my warranty company also. The technician who came out knew what he was doing and had me back up and running in under 30 mins."

"IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS or at least take them with a grain of salt. People like to complain and get upset when things dont get fixed immediately or its not at the price they wanted to pay. Most people don't understand what its like to be a service contractor/scheduler and there's so many challenges that every company deals with. You get good/bad days with any service company, most of which is beyond their control. My experience was very pleasant. John was an excellent service tech and I would absolutely recommend to anyone working with home warranty. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Receptionist was very nice. Overall just a really good experience. From someone who runs a service company, Thank you!"

"I don't understand why there are so many poor reviews. My appointment was easy to schedule and the scheduler was friendly and easy to work with. Bob, our technician, was professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and promptly fixed our furnace. I'm still waiting on the final bill to be sorted out through my home warranty provider, but I expect it to be hassle-free. I would recommend Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning to my friends, family, and neighbors."
